No. You can play FlappyZone without creating any account. Simply open the Play page and start flying. Your high score is saved automatically in your browser.
Your high score is stored in your browser's localStorage. If you cleared your browser data, cookies, or site data, the high score would have been deleted. We do not store scores on any server.
